I lisened to a guy on instagram talking about nofap He had a few good points that stuck with me just want to share,
Things like being told if you fap again you have lost all the benefits, i think its unhealthy to be told that or think because its like telling an overweight guy, go the gym, go the gym, you have to go the gym everyday & if you miss a day you have lost all of the progress,
Alot of men are pained by nofap aswell as porn because they get this existential crisis when now they feel like more of a loser because they keep failing at nofap, but its just habit science, always ask yourself the question - when did you start jacking off age 13? And your 19,24,30 now so thats 6 years or over you have built up the habit, you found NoFap a few weeks ago but 6 years or over building a habit and you think your going to break it just like that, its not just about discipline and will power its about how long we have been building this habit its going to take time to reduce it, but you have started give your self some credit...

This is so true. I tell my self similar things often. When I fall, or when I’m having doubts, about NoFap or other issues.

I was PMO’ing once or twice a day for six years. Been doing NoFap for nine years now. Wow, didn’t realize it had been that long. I’ve had some pretty grand streaks, but it hasn’t been a perfect nine years. I fall sometimes. It might fall after a couple years, or a couple months. But compared to where I was ten years ago, I’m a damn champ.

PMO’ing twice a day, compared to cutting PMO out of 99% of my days.

seriously guys. Think about where you’ve been, and where you are. One bad day doesn’t define you.
