Today marks my 48th day of abstaining from porn, masterbation and orgasm. However, my brain fog is still severe, my depression hasn’t improved (arguably worse than before) and I have very low energy levels. I wouldn’t say I had a PMO addiction before beginning this journey but I always felt guilty after masterbating 2-3 times a week to porn. With this in mind, is it unlikely I will reap any benefits from NoFap? If anyone has succeeded in treating their ‘brain fog’ from NoFap, I’d love to know when you first started to see results.
