I have needed an alarm to wake up early for several days in a row now. I should be earlier in sleep.
I actually got up before my alarm but I had stayed in bed for half an hour. It's a reset in my rules.
Aiming for earlier wake up.
I'm in again! Will do the challenge Monday to Saturday, no alarm on Sundays.
1/30. Woke up at 05:50, went to the lake and had a swim. Now I'm reading a paper about Lagged diffusivity fixed point iteration.
2/30. Woke up at 06:00 and planned a project.
Woke up at 06:12 today, however it's a rest day today so no counter update.
