Today I want to walk a lot for refresh my brain.

 

Today I am remembering the needs of others, that not everything is about me, and to be there for my fellow man.

Today I am going to stay clean because I'm enjoying reading books in the evening and want that to continue.

 

Today, the urges are strong, but I am stronger.

 

Today I am determined to save my sexual energy for my beloved girlfriend and not waste it in any sad and undignifing way

 

Today I am remembering that God is always with me.

 

Today I need all the rest of my energy for my mind, not for Porn.

 

Today I am living the mindset of the person I want to be.
