You are 18 years young man, I am 25 it's not that old but believe me, the time from 18 till 25 (probably longer but can't tell hehe) is the Prime Time.

Start cold turkey, delete all the porn and sexual images you have and never ever look at these anymore in your life. Never touch your own dick anymore, only your girlfriend is allowed. And never ever ever start a 10day/60day/90day or whatever challenge. Just quit and the counter will go on till you die. It can be very hard, but no mather how hard it gets keep going. The worse you feel from quiting, the better the benefits will be. Don't even accept a second thought about fap or porn, just say no and go on with normal things in life.
