hello friends 19y/o newbie (IN)

Hi everyone nice to meet you all. i am very happy to join nofap community . I am very motivated by reading success stories on the nofap site.
I'm 19 y/o college student from India. I started watching porn when I was 11. Initially it was okay i used to watch it on my friend's mobile phone cause i didn't had source to watch p***. At that time I was not addicted to much to porn. After few days i came to know about masturbation, one of my friend used to do that. I wasn't so curious about it initially but At the age of 14 i did it accidentally. After that i was doing it frequently for a month. I didn't liked it at all so I stopped PM for 5/6 month.
After the completion of my 10th class exam, I started doing it again, but this time I was totally addicted to it. It's been 3 years I am watching porn and masturbating on regular basis. I suffered from anxiety, depression. I lost my confidence.
Before starting M******N, I was very confident in my studies. I used to participate each and every competitions, sports activity in my school. My memorisation was too good but now things has been changed. I started lying to others, I can't make eye contact with the others.I faced too much problem in those 3/4 years.
But now i decide to quit PMO. I want to live better life.
