Help! Pre-determined routine is tough

This is my time where I whack off for the first time in the day. I took up NoFap from yesterday onwards. The urge is killing me, I am in need of dire relief. Its so tough to control the urge, if not the thoughts I am having. The habit of this is so routine that I get these images in my mind unintentionally.

Help me control my desires so that I don't relapse. Suggestions please!!!

-MAKE YOUR OWN REALISTIC GOAL ON EVERY SITUATION
Dont focus on big number streak (say 90) have this as a future goal where you will have trained your brain to last so without receiving the high. Instead set a goal for now (say 3 days) and everytime you relapse add 2-4 days in it.
-LEARN TO FORGIVE YOURSELF AFTER EACH RELAPSE
Relapses will exist. I think is pointless to speak of the possibilities of relapsing if you are new fighting an addiction (see people who try to end smoking habits). Understand that relapses are a part of the process as there will be no success term without the term of failure. Dust off yourself after each relapse say that it is okay (actually it is), make a plan, eat a good meal to replenish some energy, and move on to make the other streak 2-4 longer (You can do it more if you dont have urges of course, this numbers are just for the program).
    -Dont binge and dont edge
If you relapse its okay.Whats not okay is binging and edging, not because you lack of self-discipling and act like a greedy moron but it can actually harm you in some ways (neurologically speaking).Relapse one or two times its fine (just make quick sessions and not 3-4 hours sessions edging to many things.
    SPEND LESS TIME ON TECHNOLOGY
Our goal is break free from an addiction that technology (high speed internet) provided us. I dont mean to package your things and move to a cave but spending less time on technology make this process 100times easier. I spend no time on social media, and try to minimize it if there is no serious reason (like reading for college or sth). I put a blocker and some block for google explicit content ( i can give more info about this if you want)
YOU WILL NEED TIME TO LEAVE THIS HABIT
West culture is obsessed with the fast gains and method that bring results fast pointing that little or no effort is required. Only kids will believe in this. I am on nofap process for 3 years being serious to cure my addiction and my sexual dysfanctions that p-habit gave me. Dont rush to get discourage. You wont need 3 years to have sex if you have pied but you will need months or years to leave that habit for good.I saw some major improvements on erections and other things that p gave me, like brain fog low energy no or low libido early on my reboot (3-6 months will do this, hardmode is better if you can do it but its much harder, i did easy mode in a relationship no pm just o with gf)

Thanks for the input but thinking that its fine to relapse is like feeding my addiction with subtle meals regularly. I am on a full extent to hard mode and a strict abstaining. I know that I may fail but until then at least, relapse aint an option for me. When I relapse, I got that I shouldn't let myself down, rather go with the process of NOFAP once again, trying to achieve the ultimate.

Its not fine to relapse without thinking it twice. All i said is that the more you chase that ultimate goal the more stressful the process will be and the more chances are for you to relapse. Of course if you can do 20 days more after your 2 day relapse you should do, but overstressing to get 90 day streak will make you discouraged even on a good streak like 20 days. You will find out that by yourself

Yeah, it makes sense now. Absolutely. If I overstress for a particular amount of tough time I may relapse easily and lose motive. Rather I can push myself to how many ever days I can and keep pushing 'if at all' I relapse again and again.
Thank you. Full throttle for NO-PMO
