hormonal imbalance

When i started fapping it was in the middle of puberty and i think my hormones stayed out of balance because of this…i have all the physical traits of a boy before puberty because i didn’t develop right, i only fapped for 3 years before i found out about NoFap and started doing NoFap. I’ve been really doing good on it for the past couple months…but haven’t seen any major benefits…two of the main ones are acne and uneven face..how long will it take for these things to go away and how long will it take to get my hormones balanced out?
