    So i couldnt read the entire article cause its too long and im already feeling kinda dizzy..but since youve read it and im assuming youve also read some other good pieces , can you tell me if excessive pornographic consumption over 10 years may have the ability to damage or impair one's adrenaline glands' ability to function properly or not ?..

    From what I've read over the years, the answer is yes. 100% yes. Dr. Lam did some work on this some years back; you can try to find the relevant articles. Also, I don't know how the mods here are regarding certain websites so I'll PM you a couple links you can check out for the purpose of doing more research on this.

    Interesting and thank you for sharing this. Does it suggest how long you would have to quit PMO in order to restore/repair your adrenal glands?

    The general consensus seems to be 30-90 days but that'll obviously vary person to person depending on a multitude of factors including genetics and lifestyle.

    Thank you for the response and info. I always felt like I suffered from adrenal fatigue so I found that interesting. Masturbating was probably a big contributor but I also workout a lot and take preworkout which has caffeine.

    Listen to your body. I've always felt the same way. Masturbation, especially when done in excess, can result in Adrenal Fatigue for sure as far as I'm concerned. That's based on more than enough personal experience. Also, avoid caffeine if at all possible, especially coffee.
