does anybody here feel a difference between m'ing to porn images and m'ing to video porn ?
i dont feel as bad after m'ing to pictures of a girl as when i do after m'ing to a video.
i think porn images dont cause as much of a dopamine spike as a video.
i must make it clear that i am not advocating fapping to porn images. it has bad effects too but in my opinion they are not as bad as the effects after fapping to video porn.
has anyone else felt this difference ?

wow ! not a single reply... i think i was not clear enough - you can reply even if you disagree and explain your point of view.
 
I think it’s an interesting question. With the images you must complete the scene in your head while the videos are playing everything out until the end. I think you get more dopamine release with the videos.
 
I feel as though images as in between fantasizing and watch porn. It's like the pieces of the puzzle are given to you and you just have to assemble them to achieve the dopamine spike. It's a combination of porn and fantasizing while videos are totally porn. There's probably a little more dopamine when videos are watched but at the end, they both are terrible.
 
The difference between a picture and a video is the character moves and have voices...
But even a picture can cause damage to your willpower, so don't do it...
 
I totally agree with you. Images are static and beyond the attractiveness of the person in the picture there is no other stimulation. I would add that endless streams of Internet images are pretty stimulating vs. a few printed pictures of course.

Compare that with porn and you have all kinds of stimulation - sounds like moaning, movement of body parts, and interaction which is much closer to real life and stimulates a much greater dopamine hit.
