    Hey. Feeling down? Losing hope? Jittery? Anxious? Depressed? Not quite at peace?
    Just know this:
    1. Every day you stay away from PMO is a day PMO will NEVER GET BACK to fuck with you. Sure: fapping off kills your streak and makes you guilt trip for hours on an end, but THE SAME APPLIES TO YOUR ADDICTION. Every SINGLE day you stay true to yourself and beat PMO is a day PMO HAS LOST TO YOU. No force in the world can undo that. NONE. You fapped off after just 2 days? Okay, sure that's not exactly a world record, but those two days were pure recovery for you. And PMO ate shit for those two days. You still won. Ha!
    2. Not feeling fantastic? Stayed away for 4 days and still not getting that energy boost everyone talks about? Haha. Funny, really. Ruffle your hair. How many fell? 2? 3? 4? Sure as hell not more than that. Now remember when u were doing it daily? How many fell then? 6? 8? 10? Oh, you now realised that? No problem. There is more. Pick up a book. Read a paragraph normally. Close the book for 10 minutes. Recall and check. Oh shit- you got 60% of that ON POINT. The next time you fap off, do this again and see how much you remember. Not 3 lines I BET. Know this: changes take time. Every cycle following a relapse is different. Different benefits come separately. Wait a week and we'll see who's complaining then!!!
    3. Oh fuck: you went ahead and relapsed. Now the cycle starts fresh. Or does it? HA! Boy were you wrong. Sure, the day counter has to hit zero (no way around that) but there is NO REASON your biological counter has to do the same. Wanna minimize the damage? Drink a glass of WATER or LEMONADE (best) and SLEEP. Take a nap asap. Masturbation helped make you drowsy too btw. You just didnt realise it! SLEEP for 2 hours or more. Woken up already? Good. MEDITATE for 5 minutes. Just 5 minutes. You're sleepy anyways: sit up in bed and do it. Lie down and do it even- not much difference really. Good. Now drink another glass of water. Curse your dick for a minute now if you wanna but WAIT! that very night you're getting dreams?! Oh and the backache isn't that bad either! And you dont feel *completely* like shit! Guess what? Recovery just acclerated pal.
