My fractured but whole life ....

Today I had to get my health insurance in order .. cancel my former plan as well as request a letter stating that I am no longer covered by them in order to obtain my new health coverage all this to avoid a future billing disaster .. Also I did a bit of research on eye and dental plans which are all individual plans .. so confusing , but it is what it is ..

Gardening was a bit tedious with the end of the season clean up the annuals not looking their best , the succulents need to come in and the potted perenials needed to be planted in permanent areas for next spring/summer display..

I signed up for cooking lessons , I am excited for these classes to start that meet 2x a week .. with a focus on multicultural curry recipes like Indian, Japanese and Thai so theres that to look forward to ..

My first Amazon delivery is coming this evening with my outdoor Halloween decorations yay!! I enlisted my friends help with the lights ..

It is rainy and a much cooler day, I may head out do a quick grocery run pick up a bag of frozen gyoza and edamame after work then grab a small bundle of firewood .. Have a fire , make a few bellinis with this bellini mix I bought and cuddle with doggy ..

My days and nights need to be filled with many things , anythings , somethings but no nothings ..

 

Hahaha burnt the gyoza and ate them anyway !
Cooking is not my expertise , that is why I am taking lessons and so far what my brain absorbed was Indian curry has more fenugreek and cardoman . On the other hand Thai consists of lemon grass , kieffer, also lots of heat from red chilli pepper and lastly , Japanese curry focuses a lot on the unami flavour in a base called dashi can be made (Vegan ).. a more milder curry out of the three with spices like cumin, cinnamon and even tumeric .

I woke up with an excruciating headache and I need to espresso and then be out the door by 11 am I have another appt.
Downtown , I hope its quick !

Sunday was interesting met a friend at a lil cafe where its offically fall when I enjoy a cup chai tea ♡

Later , that evening I met with an old friend for a long chit chat over at a mom and pop Italian restaurant where this dish was killer spicey called Penne Arrabiata, thankfully the pink moscato I ordered helped with the heat and 2 bottled waters ..
Last night I chilled and watched a Japanese movie called Love Parasite interesting story but its no wonder I woke up with a severe headache..
Halloween get together is looking good ! I e.mailed my invites and so far more yays than nays !
A friend suggested we do a murder mystery
Inside decor is spooky I need to spend a small fortune on batteries though , still working on the outside hopefully I will get help with lights .. I hate to remind people ..
Btw over spicey food and chit chat my friend opened up how she discovered hentai anime and manga on her bfs pc shocking !!!! J/k she doesn't mind though now that shook me
It is not deal breaker its just cartoons, fan fiction and she laughed it off .. I am envious of her confidence also why couldn't I just laugh it all off ?

 

I went on a date this weekend and so far so good .. I never dated a man this much older than myself , but it just felt right ..
Very mature and smart guy .. We met during cooking class and it was just wild how much we think a like .. I invited him to the Halloween get together .. keeping my fingers and toes crossed that he is a keeper ♡

 

Well... its been a while since I last posted an update , I figure I will wrap it up and tie it up with a nice little bow before the year ends ..
Wow time flew so much happened Halloween party went great , caught Covid with SO not so great isolated together became close and reached a new level of understanding but of course we both can agree to disagree especially on the porn topic , he thinks it is fine as long as people are honest about how much they consume, and if it does not cause a wedge in the relationship pmo or mo is ok .. I disagree , and I would like to show him soon how especially porn does in fact cause changes to the brain ..
I am glad to know he will watch videos that have science and plenty of research to back it all up.. I don't feel he is very spiritual so as soon as God is mentioned that masturbation is sinful he tunes it right off .. so some books he ditched. On a positive note..
We did share our first cozy candlelit Thanksgiving meal together cooking together was a tad bit stressful but it tasted delish, and so worth it! Oh, and finally someone to enjoy mulled wine cozy by the fireplace with We have some Christmas ideas to decorate this weekend so we will see how that goes . I prefer frosty snowflakes and ice blue, silver and white colours, I am not a huge fan of green and red all over with gold trimmings, that is the traditional look he may like I am only guessing lol but that is one thing with him being much older it does keep me on my toes in a good way plus he is very kind , I can not believe that while we are dining at restaurants we have conversations! he barely uses his mobile lol
