Hey guys, been following this community for awhile now... I'm single, 29 not in a relationship...so this is really a self improvement/healing journey for me...I'm going through a lot of change and limbo with careers so confidence and anxiety are big issues. Also working on being more respectful and a better listener. For many years, maybe 5+, I don't think I've gone past 3 days without MO/PMO..... I'm currently on day 6 of nothing, complete cold turkey. It seems around day 7 benefits can already be enjoyed like higher testosterone levels, etc? Hope everyone is having a good weekend! Wish me luck!
