Nofap struggle

    I am a 19 year old male and new to this NoFap community. I have tried to reboot my brain for months but have failed multiple times. The shame i feel after relapsing is just awfull. I did not know how much pmo was affecting my brain until recently. I have failed many relationships and have had body issues in the past because of pmo. I have failed to perform sexually a couple of times, i have now started the NoFap journey and have hit the gym regularly for the past year. Nofap keeps me motivated and have achieved insane gains these past couple of months. I am 38 days at the moment and hope i will make it to 90 days. The urges are very intense but i feel very good at the moment. I hope everyone reading this will achieve their goals in life and nofap. Peace and love.

    Yeah, me having bad sexual performance struck me for a couple of years. But then after 90days challenge I found that one girl who even told me she's addicted to my penis and I'm the best. Life's surprising isnt it ? ;)
