Good news man, I’m facing a similar problem, I always hear reverse kegels are better than normal ones so I’m doing them, also I’ve been doing pelvic floor exercise every day, been taking l arginine and gonna start taking magnesium, also gonna pick up some coconut oil like you said, should I apply this to my dick everyday and just leave it on?

Yes everytime you shower rub some coconut oil on your dick and balls. i do it before bed time and just leave it.

I dont really know what reverse kegels are but that physiotherapist in the link i put up sounds like she knows what she is talking about.

and make sure you dont leave your dick to get cold. keep it warm, work out but not excessively do more cardio and make sure your not constipated and your pelvic muscles are not sore or tight.

I am also muslim so a bit of prayer maybe helped too LOL. It was a holy month for us in May so i was fasting as well no food or water from sunrise to sunset. Prayed 5 times a day and somehow got cured. I guess Allah answered my prayers and cured me lol Quran did mention that fasting was good for you even though you think it's not maybe that helped as well. This pandemic really helped me a lot.

This thread already has seen a lot of comments, and I'm not gonna read all of it, but here is my assessment:

You have PIED accompanied with pelvic floor tightness. You match the symptoms of PIED and the symptoms of a tight pelvic floor. A LOT of doctors don't know that pelvic issues affect a lot of men as well. I was one of those unfortunate ones as well. My 3rd urologist told me he had a patient before with my issues, and he got great help by visiting a pelvic floor physical therapist (i will refer to that now as PFS, pelvic floor specialist).

I had tightness in scrotum too, in my perineum, around the base of my penis. I also had numbness and pain in my penis. These are all symptoms of a tight pelvic floor. Numbness is also a symptom of pudendal neuralgia, but pelvic floor help will fix that (pudendal neuralgia is the pudendal nerve being blocked off due to tight muscles wrapping around it).

All of these symptoms, if caused by PN or pelvic floor issues, can he reversed and will heal. PIED is healed of course by time and NoFap, but pelvic floor issues are helped only by dedication, exercises and relaxation. I really believe your problem lies with a tight pelvic floor. A lot of men don't even know that they have a tight pelvic floor. It is very hard to feel what the pelvic floor is doing.

I really recommend you stick to NoFap and also go visit a PSF

    P.S. DONT FUCKING DO KEGELS
P.P.S i just read some comments and more info you gave. I am now 90% sure you have PIED + tight pelvic floor. Help from a PSF and relaxation exercises will fix you. You can buy the book "A Headache In the Pelvis" to learn more. That book was my bible for months to help with my pelvic floor issues

I’ve been doing pelvic floor exercises and reverse kegels, maybe I should stop with the reverse kegels, what exercises would you say are best? Also do you recommend any supplements like magnesium etc

Reverse kegels are not that bad, as long as you do them properly and not too much.
Step 1: belly breathing. This is your starting exercise. Learn to relax your body
Step 2: try to locate your pelvic floor and learn how to 'drop' it with breathing and releasing muscle tension
Step 3: combine the above with yoga poses that open up and stretch the pelvic area (you can google these)
Step 4: Use conscious thought the entire day to keep breathing low and peaceful and remind yourself multiple times a day to keep 'dropping' your pelvic floor and remain calm
Step 5: eliminate all stress in your life and meditate to close the circle and to give your pelvic floor permanent means to recover and lower it's baseline tension and/or tonality

I do not use specific supplements for my pelvic floor. I do however use supplements for other purposes, but none of those specifically for my old pelvic issues

  12. The best thing to do first is to visit an pelvic floor physiotherapist. I have this symptom and always thought I had a tight pf, but actually was everything normal, it's just PIED.

You see that’s my problem, I don’t feel any pelvic pain but I have a lot of hard flaccid symptoms, I went to a physiotherapist and she just said to do exercises, I’m on my 79th day in the reboot, no urges etc, how long did it take for you?

I’ve been belly breathing twice a day for 10 minutes each, should I belly breath while doing the stretches too?

Yes. Belly breathing during stretches is an integral part. When you inhale deeply during a stretch, you stretch even farther.

I never had hard flaccid. Hard flaccid is like a huge cramp in your pelvic floor area (could be bulbospongiosus or ischiocavernosus, but I am not sure). Whenever a muscle cramps, it contracts in extremes. This is why with hard flaccid it seems like your penis is retracting into the body. Partly it is true because there are muscles that connect to the penis, and with a hard flaccid, those muscles are cramped and pull the penis in, making it smaller as well.

To fix this, you need to do the same thing as with any cramped and tensed muscle, stretch them safely, relax them and very carefully exercise them to keep the blood flowing. The case with hard flaccid is no different. The fact that your physiotherapist couldn't figure out this simple concept baffles me. Did you go to a PELVIC FLOOR physiotherapist or just a regular physiotherapist? Because A LOT OF MEDICAL PROFESSIONALS KNOW FUCKING NUTS ABOUT THE PELVIC AREA AND ITS PROBLEMS.

Let me say that again: A LOT OF MEDICAL PROFESSIONALS DONT KNOW SHIT ABOUT NOFAP, PORN, PIED, PELVIC FLOOR ISSUES, HARD FLACCID, DE, PE AND MORE.

Also, pain in the pelvic area usually only comes in the later stages. The same with tensed muscles. It can sometimes take months or years before tensed muscles start to get achy and painful. The fact that you don't feel pain right now, doesn't mean you don't have pelvic floor issues. Hard flaccid = pelvic floor issue

I get you, I would really love for it just to be a flatline I’m in and not hard flaccid, just want my erections and libido back

And you will. Continue NoFap, avoid stress, learn meditation and mindfulness and learn how to relax the pelvic floor. Do that, and your erections will destroy the world one day with its power
