Today something strange happened at my local mall that lead me to recurring thoughts about porn.
But before I get into the situation I quickly want to tell you how my addiction to porn started.
I started watching Internet porn on the age of 15. It went from vanilla to an*l to degrading porn pretty fast. I think this was due to my negative experiences with girls at that time. Especially those that I liked, disliked me the most. As time went on I got into more extreme stuff like 3D-p*rn and finally s*ssy-p*rn.
At this point it was clear to me that I have to change.

Today I went to a shop and an attractive female vendor was unfriendly towards me. It wasn't a big deal, but I have really felt that she was despising me.
That somehow triggered the root of my porn issue: The low self-esteem
It seems to be linked to the impression I make on girls.

The confusing thing about this is, that I am in a happy relationship with my girlfriend for several years now. However I don't want to cheat on her it feels very bad to be despised by an attractive woman.
Can someone please tell me how to get rid of this connection between the impression on girls and my self-esteem?

I'd be happy for any tips.

    Easiest solution.
    1. Stay away from PMO completely, your skin will improve, your confidence will increase. Your presence would somehow be acknowledged and respected by others (men and women) as reported by other people in other threads.
    2. Along with nofap, go in dont care mode. You have everything then you do not need to impress others. Just try to be better gersion of yourself, bit by bit and day by day and stop thinking about impression on others. The more you gonna think about it, the more you gonna run after it and waste your time in imoressing others. No matter how good you are, there will be always someone saying/feeling bad about you. So stop paying attention
