Porn Withdrawal Symptoms!

Hello everyone, its about 19 days that i stopped watching internet porn and masturbation.im in noPMO and nofap HARD MODE.but i want to share something here cause they are bothering me and im sure there is s.th as porn withdrawal symptoms.

We know that the brain start to rewire after porn but in my idea thats not going to be without symptoms.like any other addiction we are going to experience withdrawal symptoms like anyone who would give up on smoking or any other kind of addictive substanses which are related to holy dopamine.

Now the symptoms.

1-headache.
I was on several antidepressants and i know when you stop them you are going to have headache and antidepressants increase serotonin.which is logical to think that will happen with porn too.

2-depression.
Dopamine is important in mode and motivation.so stopping porn is like stopping ciggarets and when you do,your brain for 1 to 2 weeks will lack dopamine until the number of dopamin receptors get back to their place and increase.
So dont worry if you are going throgh depression.it will pass after 30 days.

These are the biggest things ive noticed
I will be happy to see your comments on this title to find out other withdrawal symptoms.

Thank you.

Hope youre doing better. Ive experienced the same thing and its literal hell. You just gotta remind your self that MO or PMO will only make it worse and that you should to focus you energy on something positive/productive

Oh my god i cant believe what porn has done to me
Im on day 20 and withdrawal is destroying me

Headache
Depression
Severe insomnia
No good and deep sleep
Back pain
Pain in my eyes
Fatigue
Shortness of breath

For the sake of god
STAY AWAY FROM PORN!!
Sounds all very familiar and if you think about it it’s really normal. Kicking any habit will deprive your body and brain from something. But I found things got a bit better after 18 days. Already I am noticing differences and my mind appears to be clearing up a bit. You are on the right track. As for sleep, try to not force it. What helped me sometimes is having a natural tea before going to bed. Keep up. You are on the way out!
