WHAT DO I DO

okay I was on a 17 day streak and I was looking around on google and got bored , point Is I ended up o'ing 2 times , I just saw a forum that says if you relapse don't binge ( an obsessive dieter doesn't get sent back to day 1 because they have broke there diet 2 times, but if they binge and keep eating eventually you will gain back that weight) . What should I do? Should I just binge cause I already relapsed or should I not end my streak and just count this as one free pass? I feel fine like I don't feel sad or anything that's why I'm asking wife I do anymore damage . Should I just use my one get out of jail free card and keep moving on with my streak? please someone help me thank you .

Don't binge. Sometime I relapse and tell to myself it's OK to binge anyway day 1 starts tomorrow but that's wrong way to think of things simply. I talk to fellow fapastronauts and we're planning to make a Christian group, praying for healing.

I haven't binged and I honestly feel so good for some reason? the last 2 times I relapsed and binged I would feel awful by now. Do I keep on with my 17 day streak to lose it all?

There's nothing wrong with starting over. Start counting your streak again from day one and no, don't binge.

Nofap gives you a day counter, but if it helps try counting the number of hours/minutes as well.

Find your triggers, find a way to fight them off and stick to your goal. It's okay to relapse but don't give up. Don't binge.

Stay strong. I know you can do it.

Yeah I've to accept the fact that I have lost again , but my progress , not my streak , my progress/benefits will they go away?

It's like taking two steps forward and one step back. No the benefits will not go away completely.

Relapsing is common and happens to the best of us. However, the more we exercise our power over the urges and stay away from triggers, the stronger we get. We may relapse again but probably after a longer streak. Even a few days longer is still a sign that we are getting better.

You are fighting not for something temporarily, but for a better lifestyle. A better version of yourself. Don't give up :)

You don't know how much this has impacted me , thank you .

What you should do ? Control yourself. Its that easy, and in your hands. There are no magic tricks unfortunately.

Well, what can you do? If you end your streak, you will carry on fighting, but if you count it as a one-time pass, you're going to be carrying on anyway. Either way, you did it now, and it's over with. If I were you, just forget it ever happened but do not get back into the 'chaser effect'. Leave it alone now, and don't let your relapse be the end of your journey.

Good luck!

Take it easy. You won't die from relapsing or whatever. Just try again. Are you working out? Working out kills all sex drive pretty easily in my experience.
