this is mostly aimed at ppl who purposefully avoid ogling/gawking at the bodies of the opposite sex, and also try to not entertain sexual daydreams/fantasies. (sometimes called the "No Arousal Method")
Does it ever get easier? like, averting my gaze whenever i'm walking past female bodies is difficult at the moment, and yes i understand it's worth it for the reboot, but like, will it ever become more 2nd nature? It's just kinda annoying to always have to look up or to the side or downwards whenever a pair of juggs or a caboose goes past me. And i'm curious what the experience is like for people who have been opracticing this for a long time, as i'm just kinda starting out.
And also, for those who don't know why anyone would do this, it's basically because staring at women IRL still releases dopamine, & potentiates the same neural pathways ofd a PMO addiction. same with sexual fantasy. you can read more about here: it https://yourbrainrebalanced.com/for...ousal-method-celibacy-of-body-and-mind.14525/
Thank you for any feedback!
