Delighted to have reached 40 books this year and achieve my goal of regular reading! It took about a month to read the last book, which is a crime thriller.

I have a stupendously large collection of choices, and not sure what to pick next!

It is very impressive that you managed to read 25 books in a year. I will aim to do the same this year. I want to dedicate at least an hour a day to reading everyday.

It takes effort and determination to make yourself to read. I've tried to read on a daily basis. Sometimes it was impossible but if you find an engaging book, it's easier. Thinking about the benefits of this activity itself is also helpful. Everything is better than PMO.

Yes, you are right that it takes a lot to read consistently especially for me since I am a self-declared YouTube 'addict'. I will have to drastically reduce my YouTube time if I am going to read at least 25 books this year. I will also try to expand my reading to fiction books this year.

There's nothing much too watch - even on Netflix. I don't have TV - I stopped the subscription because of constant advertising. As regards youTube there are some good documentaries but you must dig them out from a lot of useless suggestions. I used to watch some channels with news about some countries. Today I watched a documentary about life in Venezuela but I didn't finish it yet. Life got in my way but I'm going to return to it.

You should have a novel as a backup. If you get involved in the plot, you will find it hard to put away.
But it's just my perspective. I've always loved novels.

    4. The rudest book ever by Shwetabh.

In 2023, sadly I completed reading only 4 books. There were many others that I started but remain unfinished. Will finish them this year. Currently reading the 5 am club.

Better four books than no books. I only managed to read so many books because I was motivated by the challenge created by @Revanthegrey. Without it I would have read fewer books. Sometimes I kept reading because I wanted to "chase" other participants of this challenge. :)

I have decided that for the 2023 books where 20% of the material was not covered, I will start from scratch this year. Otherwise, I have already started my reading for 2024 by starting a new book that I have found to be really interesting on sexuality.

I completed my first book of the year. A very different perspective on the topics of love and sexuality. I will review it and start applying some of the points therein. Now, I will embark on completing the book Reality Revolution that I started late last year. This year I want to increase my reading speed significantly.

I want to add the Bible to my reading list this year. I have procrastinated for far too long. Faith in God is at an all-time low. I don't know whether I still believe in God anymore. However, I feel life was better with God in my life.
