    Day8.recovery from day 7 party.Mostly sitting,lying and walking trying to get rid of head and stomach aches.

    Day 9.Slept alright,got bitten by some bugs or mosquitos,noticed some weak urges for P pictures on the edge of awareness.Still feeling light Saturday repercussions on brain and body,it feels like heating(it feels warm, not hot) inside car glass ,but here'glass' is around your head.Been out for a walk 2 times already and now i'm going for a third.

    Day 1.Slept alright at night,but when tried to meditade in the afternoon I had porn pictures jumping into my mind...yesterday there was a proper relapse,i didh't watched porn for about 3 months until yesterday...

    Day 2.Slept so so and had an annoying headache all day through,but overall mood is quite optimistic,willing to put faith to the test.

    day 3.Slept better and urges are huge...

    Day 4 .Slept alright. Urges become bearable,but still there.

    Day 5.Slept quite well(early to bed ). Urges become weak almost unnoticeable.

    Day 6.Kept myself busy most of the day...it looks like the hardest days to survive and stay clean are the weekend,unless you manage to get yourself busy with some project of value to yourself.

    Day 7.quite strong urges around midday,survived on reminding myself to carry on many times per day
    Day 8.Felt urges through the day I mean -got aroused without any reasons in the middle of working out..it took really burning other muscles to extinguish it.

    Had that headache for 10 hours like a bloody hangover.Uh well,lfe is life and you got to pay for leasures...the problem is you don't know how much you got left.

    Day 2.Slept alright,felt today as well as yesterday adrenaline and over-cofidence whilst driving.I mean any time its amber I went down to metal...

    Day 3 slept so so.Adrenaline/testosterone are high...fells like part of you is scared and wants to slow down but an other part want it fast and now.

    Just a heads up that you are going to experience ups and downs feelings along the way(if you haven't already) and keep fighting the good fight!
    Remember what would happen if you just PMO'd does it bring you Joy? Does it make you happier and confident? No it's completely backwards.

    I do study about the rebooting materials, stratergys, how to accept and move forward. Well i can't really give you an advice that'll help because i'm just a kid lmao, but the reason why i started NoFap is because my friends knew that i watched porn, they told me to grow, they also told me that they did PMO too but they grow out of it and wanted to move on in life.

    I practice believing myself i can do this, understanding the actual consequences of PMO, meditation, self awareness and etc.
