21 days is awesome. Congratulations.
Day 22.Slept badly.
Day 23 .Slept alright but had a headache through the day.
Hey mate, just a response for your question weeks ago(sorry for the late reponse), i don't know that artist but i'm listening to Brave Enough right now. Sounds very motivational dope! Nice taste in music btw, as i said from my earlier posts here in your thread, music can really ease into your soul and it makes you to feel empathy or sympathy depending on what tough times your going through your life.
Stay up and strong, i love that your still creating progress until this day. Don't forget your purposes and reasons bro, most people relapse because they forget their optimistc self and awareness. Dealing with physical symptoms like headaches or light headedness is apart of the journey of recovering.
I myself am struggling with my sleeping schedule because i get insomnia because of hype or extreme aniexty. I'd try to cook sometimes what's in the fridge or just listen to music. The key of solving insomnia i think is to be productive through out the day, like running 1 km a day or studying progams or languages, anything that'll make you tired until night time.
Thanks mate. For me it looks like people relapse when they have too much stress to cope with and haven't learned anything better to take the mind of it.
...and thanks for encouragement, but I managed to relapse through the night though(I think because of the driving stress)so for me it is day 0 today.
Day 0 again. The best time to clean your computer, phone or tablet is right after, immediately.
Day 1.Slept alright.
Day 2 .Slept worse waking up many times through the night
Day 3.Slept alright.New hope to get through.
Day 4.Slept better. All morning I could have sung Bruno's lazy song.I felt soooo chilled.
Day 5.Slept alright. Its not always easy to put into practice what you know in theory.
Day 6.Slept so so.It was too hot in my bedroom.
Day 7.Slept so so,waking many times through the night...and had a thought that the only real recovery is to truly give up women and anything stimulating your sex related parts of the body for the whole duration of the recovery lets say for 90 days.Because if you don't give up women as the objects of satisfying your sex desire-urge, your power is to leak away either with your waking eyes or when you are fast asleep and dreaming...
...therefore I'm up to 180 days of semen retention,so far the biggest challenge is to give up on beautiful women when you are out of your house but I'll do it, here it goes - From now on for the duration of my 180SR challenge I give up on watching beautifully shaped women and anything stimulating sex related parts of my body.
Day 8.Slept so-so woke up at half three and went back to bed.Fighting certain stares I give to the good shaped women with a rubber band...8 completed days of SR so far.
Day 9.Slept so-so partly because of going late to bed.Felt yesterdays workouts repercussions through the better part of the day.
Day 10.Slept better,my driving became calmer,more patient.
Day 0.Slept with an accident .I liked my days counter to go up but truth is above it.
Day 1.Slept so-so for 7,5 hours which has recharged me quite well.I found it hard to listen to the recording with one of the earpieces faulty.
Slept 7 hours, tried to concentrate meditate, but found it quit difficult.
