Small goals to Grow

I keep hitting a wall.
Im starting to feel like im just trying to count days but im not Growing...
I need to create new Healthy habits

My Day List:
1.) Make my Bed
2.) Read 30 min
3.) Meditate 30 min
4.) Workout 30 min
5.) Clean 30 mins
6.) Motivate one person in Nofap/Update

My After work list:
1.) Talk to Family for atleast 30 min
2.) Mediate 20 mins
3.) Check into Nofap; Update
4.) Get ready for tomorrow; clothes, etc
5.) Read 20 mins
