THE 100 DAY SPARTAN CHALLENGE (OPEN)

Day 4 today
Hey guys, sorry i haven't checked In over the last few days. Been a lot of loadshedding and internet was not working on my phone last 2 days, now my phone has internet but my desktop does not. Been busy with a lot of stuff and taking things one day at a time.

 

I am out of the loop. What is EX 1 & 2 about? Thanks!

It is restarting the 100 days Spartan Challenge again but EX indicates you already completed 100 days Spartan challenge here. I don't know how it works. I might just put it in my signature or do it like voltex but @Kratos_GOW knows more about this. Most likely, I will do this challenge again as well after I am finish my 100 days.

Day 7. Feeling quite not well. My last episodes went too far and affect my brain. This paired with the additional stress and the ptsd I have is not good. I was on such a good path out from these two traps.
Need to find to clear my head and find the upbeat I otherwise have - especially in the morning.

 

I usually wake up in a good energy and good perspective. If not I know I can clear my head when meditating and then have perspective again. this morning too I could clear the doom stated before. New fresh perspective each day is essential so I can walk the path to liberation

That's not good, I think reading the bliss of celibate by Julian Lee could be help.

 

Day 28

4 whole weeks. I am at the point in my journey that I am barely even thinking about PMO. This is very encouraging for me and I am so happy that I am making such good progress. I feel different mentally too. My head is clearer and less anxiety to. Everybody keep with it.

 

It just means I'm restarting from 0 and going for the big 200 (total)

If all 3 of us make it to 100, we'll hit 100 around new years together

Day 5
the internet problem is very strange. for most of today, my desktop had internet, but then my phone didnt, and now my desktop internet doesnt work but now my phone does. seems almost unexplainable. dont know if it could be because of data corruption due to loadshedding, but might be looking at a clean os install to sort out my desktop. typing this from my phone so my signature wont be updated for the time being.

So far, no chaser effect hit me, and haven't experienced urges. i do have a plan of action this time if temptations arise. will keep posted as best as technology allows me to .

 

btw no apparent issues with the modem/router or heard any issues from the isp. family is using the same router but aren't having any internet issues.
