    Had more going on today and I didn't plan well. This resulted in meditating less.

    12 minutes: breathing meditation
    20 minutes: breathing meditation
    10 minutes: breathing meditation

    42 minutes of meditation - DONE

  6. Checking In: Days 9 and 10 of the 29-Day Challenge Update: I woke up in the morning and did my 10 minutes of meditation yesterday. Today, I just completed my Day 10 session.

    Things went a bit different today. Had a lot of time to meditate, but I had some things that needed to be finished.

  13. Checking in: Day 11/29 - I did a 10-minute mindfulness meditation in the morning after having a cup of coffee. I noticed some improvement in my focus on work.

    I'm in starting tomorrow with the objective of meditating minimum of 10 minutes every day for the entirety of December.

    Whether a day is busy or easy depends on one's inner state. Taking time to meditate really does me well and puts things in perspective.

    12 minutes: breathing meditation
    20 minutes: breathing meditation
    12 minutes: external awareness meditation in the car
    10 minutes: internal awareness meditation

    54 minutes of meditation - DONE

    One quick question: Can someone tell me which meditation would be better for improving focus in our work? If you have tried it and achieved results, please suggest the same.
