Checking in: Day 11/29 - I did a 10-minute mindfulness meditation in the morning after having a cup of coffee. I noticed some improvement in my focus on work.
I'm in starting tomorrow with the objective of meditating minimum of 10 minutes every day for the entirety of December.
Day 228 Whether a day is busy or easy depends on one's inner state.
