Checking In: Day 18/29: I have started to stay focused while meditating. I found that verbal meditation videos are not working for me. So, I shifted to just music to increase my focus. It did work, actually. I am currently thinking about how to reduce my temper, as it annoys me when I get mad over even a silly thing.
Day 235 A day with a lot of opportunity. Had an enormous temper and decided to have some chocolate to take the edge off. 12-minute meditation I focused on the body - how it felt. In the past I didn't know the purpose of that. Now I know that it's to increase the relaxation of the mind bu shutting down the sense of sight and doing something unusual - focusing on the internal sensations.

Day 236 I had some appointments that day, but I had time to meditate a lot. Feel really calm. Checking In: Day 20/29: A 10-minute meditation is what keeps me calm and stress-free these days. Throughout the entire day, I find peace within myself only during these 10 minutes, and I can feel the noise inside my mind dissipate.
Day 12 of mindfulness meditation. Today I am a bit restless. I find it a bit hard to sit and practice. I'll attempt further, shorter practice times to get some practice in.

Checking In: Day 21/29 - Today, I extended my meditation session to around 16 minutes, surpassing my usual 10-minute routine. I felt remarkably focused and calm during this session, experiencing a unique sensation of abundant energy. I hope to channel this newfound energy into completing the work I have planned for the end of the day.
