Day 13: 10 minutes of concentration meditation done—focusing on and counting the breaths at the nostrils.
Day 6 meditated Today was bit of disturbed beginning maybe its no pmo that really messed me up as i started to meditate something within me wanted to stop maybe its my brain it want me to go back to the lazy and pmoing life but i continued my meditation today is going to be a rough day no doubt i can sense it .
Day 14: 10 minutes of concentration meditation done—focusing on and counting the breaths at the nostrils. Also did around 10 minutes of mindfulness meditation yesterday, later after checking in here; thought I'm not gonna, but ended up pushing myself. Looks like it's not gonna happen today though, but might do another short concentration meditation before bed to make up for it. Mindfulness meditation seems to be the hardest to stick to for me, will try to be consistent with it, but might not be a daily thing like concentration meditation, which will be my staple.
Day 10 - very short couple of minute breathing session with headspace this evening… long day of driving half way across Europe so only brief session today… but important not to miss it!!
Yesterday my 7 days completed. @Ūruz I am going for a new goal. 30 days daily meditation, 10 minutes.

Day 15: 10 minutes of concentration meditation done—focusing on and counting the breaths at the nostrils (pretty good focus today, not many distracting thoughts). 10 minutes of mindfulness meditation done—pure free flow awareness (pretty bad focus, pushed myself to do 10 minutes, but I'm lucky if I got at least 3 of them to be meditative, so many distracting thoughts today).
Day 11 - despite my second day of a 1500 mile drive across Europe… I managed a short headspace session… back to normal service tomorrow now I’m home!
Hey guys I believe in Extremely Slow Progress - I just want to know, The very first week of this meditation last only for 2 days, and I've done only 2 days of Meditation for 1 Minute, I want to fix that, Next week normally I should move into 4 Minutes, what the best stratergy: - Do 4 Minutes the next week ? Or - Do 3 Minutes the next week ? I need to fix the 5 days missing of the 1 minute meditation!
