@Pauley you have some great words of wisdom. I especially like cutting out YouTube all together, goal setting, and your motivation document. Rooting for you to make 100!

    Cheers

An some interesting information from NoFap instruction manual for new people that want to try this out:

"Those skeptical of the Rebooting process may wish to try it out for just seven days. A short challenge is manageable for most but can act as a sneak peek of both the benefits and obstacles of taking on a longer abstinence.
At the very least, seven days should be enough for anyone to determine whether they have a problematic p habit; if Rebooters have difficulty abstaining from p for seven days, it’s a pretty good
sign that a full Reboot would be beneficial."

  14. Someone told me about this breathing technique today called "Wim Hof breathing".

“The point of [the] breath is to increase oxygen levels and blow out carbon dioxide,” she says. “It has been shown to help with depression, anxiety, mood, mental focus, and pain management.”

I just finished this beginner's session but wasn't able to hold my breath for longer than 35 seconds. I need some more practice :D.

"The goal of the Wim Hof Method breathing technique is to teach you to develop mastery over your nervous, immune, and cardiovascular systems to help you be happier, stronger, and healthier."

    Give it a shot :)
