That's the vicious circle isn't it? Staying away from PMO gets you energy and libido, but using it makes you miserable. I've been down that route one too many times. Stay strong @Spirali, better go out or go to sleep. Maybe one day more is what you need to re-wire your brain.

 

Day 46 check in.
Kept busy today, feeling good. Back home from work, boredom creeps in, it seem like nothing can give me any satisfaction.
Angry and easily irritated. Wanted to watch a movie, but the reviews say there is way to much graphic scenes in there, maybe keep it for another time.

Anyway still good, I've just realized I have reached a milestone, 45 days - Super Saiyan, I'll go update my signature. Next transformation day70, I hope I'll live to see it.

Keeping up like a Super Saiyajin without any ones approval.


What a fun time. Almost to my most favorite Super Saiyan form (I call it the base Super Saiyan forms) before the god forms.

Finally here!
SSJ2 achieved! Super Saiyan 2 Gohan is still one my favorites in my book! Onward to SSJ3.

Never easy but sometimes my evil Saiyan self calls for me to do the deed...

I just came over the strongest urges because I drank alcohol last night. The next day after alcohol, it’s almost like I don’t care if I relapse and it’s all I want to do. Luckily, I don’t have a drinking problem and only drink a few times a year.

@JB39 It’s so irritating. The thing is, during this state sometimes I have 0 urges, and yet have the full energy and drive benefits. I wonder why that is and how I can permanently enter that state?
