It's September 22 here in my country, and I am now starting on day 0.

This is gonna be good times! I've decided that I'm ready to stop the M too just because I realized in the last 2 weeks how much it motivates me and I'm more then determined to not fall back into the old habits again, I've learned enough over the past years!

I want to reshape myself , I want to achieve goals in my life , masturbation has always made a negative impact on me , whether it's about wasting time or becoming weak day by day.
I know a lot of people/doctors say that masturbation does not have a negative impact but guys trust me it has in many ways.
Due to masturbation and porn I have become so lazy and weak that I can't express it. Masturbation and porn has weakened my lower back. I lost contact and interest in my girls in my school and in friend's circle due to porn. BUT NOT ANYMORE!!!!!!!!!!! , NOW IT'S MY TIME TO SHINE AND I WILL INDEED ACHIEVE MY GOALS AND I WILL REACH TO VALHALLA ONE DAY! .
