Hey guys, I'm back. Day 0.
I had lost my confidence and hope for a while and stopped posting.
I haven't done great in the meantime but I have not given up either.
I am back here for extra accountability and support so I can make real progress again.
Life is throwing challenges at me as usual but I want to navigate them as best I can.

6 days left for a full year of zero porn, escorts or even letting me scroll through pictures of women in bikini's on FB / IG or anything related to it!

Urges and frustrations are down to zero. I have also almost no motivation to MO so I don't. It doesn't feel like a flatline, it is just that now in the absence of these high level of artificial stimuli my mind returns to a more normal state where I'm not constantly highly focussed on porn / sex but on productive things. I am confident that if I would be with a real woman I can have successful and enjoyable sex right from the start which I never was able to till I stopped watching porn.

My productivity and discipline is through the roof: I only eat whole foods (so no candy, cookies, cake, pie, deepfried, sauces, McD or anything like that), go to the gym 5x per week, go out dancing at least twice (and follow a course), follow a language course once a week and study almost every day. I even started playing the guitar again here and there. Oh and my manager nominated me for a promotion (second one in 2/2,5 years)!

Only thing what is still missing is a nice lady, but that was never the goal of quitting porn. I know I've become more of a quality man now and Im still having successful / fun dates. I will meet my lady soon enough.

Good luck everyone, I really hope this story is motivating and helpful. I've felt incredibly miserable and I've been seriously addicted to porn for years: sometimes I wasted my whole Sunday just watching porn and PMO 5-6x and feeling super lethargic and depressed the days after which lead me to just watch even more porn in the end. Sad sad sad, but so glad I've come accross Gary Wilson (RIP) and this forum.
