Day 99! Enjoy your week!

One more day for the next level:

 

Day 0:
Today was day 19 before I reset. I had been feeling very positive and constructive in spite financial and transportation obstacles in my life. Been exercising (lots of cardio on the bike) but not meditating or doing as much breathwork as I’d like. Also been sticking to my Artist’s Way morning pages which is something I genuinely enjoy. Got out early today to replace the fuel pump in my truck and encountered obstacle after obstacle. Stayed calm throughout the day and leaned in to ask people for help when needed. Still not fixed and it’s parked on the street with the bed off and rack taking up an additional spot. Came in filthy, greasy and feeling a bit defeated. Took a long shower to scrub off the grime and contemplated stroking multiple times but held off. Ended up slipping down the rabbit hole when I went to my room. Fapped 3 times.
