Day 4 checking The workout was amazing. Academics quiet low, but could have happened something really important. Trying to really improve meditation.
Day 15 Improvements: Reading Workout Meditation Honestly deleting Instagram was probably the best decision I ever made.. I no longer have urges (hope it stays like that) and I’ve began reading a book called “Hope has Wings” by the author Stuart king. It seems removing myself from social media gave me a lot of free time and I would advise people to do the same. Stay strong guys! “Better to fight and fall than to live without hope.“

Had ca. 2 lazy and idle hours. Would have relapsed in such situations formerly. But made it today and worked hard until night.
Back to day 0. Stress is defeating me. Stopping it right now. I am back to old mode. I need to be unstoppable. I need to stop talking, and let my actions talk for me.
Just one reset doesn't destroy you recovery, be aware of chaser. Maybe autogenic training could help you against the stress. It helped me a lot. I guess there are italian versions on youtube. I do it sitting with head leaning backwards. If I really need the effect, I do it for about 1 hour. It can calms your body completely.
I just remembered, one priest gave me really good advice. He said "do you know what the only medicine for this (PM) is? I say "no". He says: "when u fall, get back up." Secondly passing on advice a different priest gave to one of my friends: "Pay attention to three triggers: Boredom, Tiredness, and Stress. When we notice these things, we have to cope with them before we resort to our bad habits." Don't be discouraged. Massive respect for being here. I bet a lot of people don't even try or care. Just keep on getting up, when u fall and u will slowly improve. That's how it went for me. We got your back Viking!

Day 16 Improvements: Reading Socialising Getting work done Meditation Today was my most productive day yet, I managed to get plenty of work done (even though there was urges) and still have some time to spare which I used to go out with friends and have a good time, so far loving this nofap experience and community, also being a Viking. Its all good dude keep your chin up. I think there's a lot to be said about the cycle of shame - we relapse, we feel terrible about it, we relapse again because we feel terrible - We gotta not get down on ourselves and understand we are doing one of the hardest things there is to do. Our entire biology is fighting us to get that quick easy fix, most people don't even make it this far. About the stress have you tried Wim Hof breathing? It takes 10 minutes and its the best bang for your buck meditation I've ever found, and I've been meditating for many years. Here's a link to where i started if your interested. I can't really express how much all these messages are appreciated. You all gave me your best advices, and I am really happy for it. I will definetely try all of them, since I've always believed that the solution can be found only where you haven't searched yet. Still I am happy to say that I didn't gave in to chaser effect, but instead after the relapse, I worked, and did a big improvement. I am applying for a master
