Okay, so I know we have all had urges before. It is hard to fight through them.
I have tried many things to fight through them, but this is the one thing that stops me every time.

I know, strange how a song can affect me like This haha. Im not sure how y'all listen to music, but I listen to it passionately! Feeling all the emotions the artist does!
This artist wrote a song for PMO addiction! Her music is wonderful and I suggest you give it a try! Her music is great for women and men! she mentions both genders in the song!
