    I've completed 90 days challenge abstaining from sex and PMO today.
    36 yo - 17 years of internet porn and compulsive-bingle masturbation addiction.

    Here are my observations:

    Positives:
    1. Brain fog / concentration problems -> improved but still far from ideal,
    2. social anxiety -> slight improvement ( started socializing, flirting, dating again),
    3. depression -> slight improvement,
    4. self-esteem -> improved somewhat,
    5. becoming stronger and fitter,
    6. self-discipline -> improved a little.
    Negatives:
    1. Fatigue -> still here,
    2. mood swings -> much stronger (only one step from feeling OK to feeling very depressed or/and anxious),
    3. PIED -> still here,
    4. morning woods -> very rare.

    Summary:
    As you can see, more positives than negatives, but to be frank, I expected to feel better after 90 days.

    Was it worth it? Yes.
    Was it hard? Hell, yes.
    Will I continue to abstain? yes -> from porn, yes -> from masturbation, no -> from sex

    If you have any questions regarding topic don't hesitate to ask.

    Congrats for the 90 days!
    Did you read the "rebooting as tbest remedyé thread? it's well documented on the problems coming from PMO and the hardships encoutered : )

  3. Are you made sex all this days?

    Thanks... but path in front of us is steep, long and difficult. I don't kid myself I have achieved much, maybe only a first step to slow recovery :) I haven't read it, but I'll check it out.

    No, and I didn't feel like doing it. 90 days mark means nothing... Maybe just a self reminder that we can live a healthy, addictions free life, if we choose to. I have done 90 days twice before, just to return to my old addictive path. Saying no to P and MB forever is the only way for me to stop this vicious circle of addiction. I can't run away form myself forever.
