Quick advice, the begginers do not try to tempt yourself by opening half naked ladies and a glimpse of pornography. There is no reward system in NOFAP challenge that invites you seeing/ take a glimpse of nudity/pornography/partial nudity. That is how relapse happens boys. Stay alert.

Woah thanks buddy, but I feel better now. Only the loneliness is a problem for me.... Only one day!

 

Start Date: Jan 25, 2019
Day 104/107 no PM (relapsed day 51, 70, 102)
Day 5/90 consecutive no PM
Day 107 no alcohol or caffeine
Day 75 weight training
Day 8 meditation
- feeling great today and spoiled the mother of my children ... THE WIFE! haha
- no temptations today or yesterday or for the past 5 days for that matter - good resolve so far
- when the urges comes up, my new strategy is to have sex with my wife (who is almost always willing) rather than waste that pleasure on pleasing myself selfishly
- the result is she thinks I'm 20 again with my increased libido so it's a win/win solution
- another strategy is my wife said I am often money motivated, so if I relapse this time around on the 90 day challenge, I have to pay her the money I would have given JK for Intensive Porn Reboot program ($2500 US) ... so she can go buy a new wardrobe with it. LOL! This should work and of course I will be 100% honest with her as I am on nofap .. time will tell
- need to work out now since tomorrow I am on a long road trip
- Happy Mother's Day everyone ... do something nice for you mother's if you can

while 2 months ago I was the person who was so much involve into PMO that not a single day pass without multiple PMO but now after 2 months I'm the same person with different story & different version of living life...don't even feel temptation or urges to watch PMO even on accidental exposure I dont feel like anything...still can't take anything for granted...anything can trigger my failure...day 61/90

First successful weekend with wife out of town since I have been tracking. Let’s keep it going!

 

So true , lol done that many a time, and that’s how addiction works literally every time I’m like oh well it’s not going to hurt to go lookup hot actresses then it just goes from their , addiction has a lot to do with behavior , change these negative behavior patterns and u have a better chance of succeeding

 

Man I really like this and I know what u mean it’s interesting how history repeats itself if you do not learn from it

78 days done...started looking at a few pics on FB, stopped and now posting on here. Always watch out for those slippery slopes and best to get off them sooner rather than later to avoid relapse. Keep going, don’t give up brothers! One day at a time
