Day 5. Waking up a little earlier now. I managed to get a little team for a game jam and am working on it with a 2d artist and a musician. it's a puzzle game. You can check out the video here: I received some feedback on my other games, and there is a critical Resolution/UI issue I need to fix on all of them... If you want to try them, here: https://restartgame.itch.io/ To stay clean atm, I try to not overload myself with something or overwork, because that's usually why I get stressed out. And probably 75% the reason why I relapse. The other percentage is loneliness and lack of socializing and probably more stuff I can't recall now. But I'll figure this out It is also possible to socialize with zoom meetings etc, so that might be a saver. Much strength to all of you and thank you for your comments and support! <3
Did a full month for July without support, but a depressing event happened during the month, and I relapsed shortly afterwards. I’m now on Day 16, with lots of thoughts of doing PMO, but the willpower is there to keep it going.
Hey i am only on Day 11 but keep getting strong urges esp at night. During your July month streak , did you get urges after the first 10 days and any tips you would like to share. My target is 90 days but to be honest i havent crossed 30 days mark ever!
