Dizziness when laying down?

Man, you reminded me of a few times where I used to feel dizzy and my testicles felt like they were trapped or some shit, like once after I ejaculated, I felt very dizzy for approximately 30 minutes and kept hunching down and my stomach felt weird for some reason, my testicles felt like they gutted for some reason, I felt my heartbeat down my testicles near my butthole lmao, it was peculiar as heck, I thought I was going to die that day, maybe my experience could be similar to yours.

 

Yup. If I jack off it will hit me a few hours later, that same feeling you are describing. Comes out of nowhere. Sometimes it won't hit me until the next day. It's so odd.
