    yesterday I had a drink with a friend and couldn't sleep from the caffeine which made me frustrated and led to a close call. Today I feel really bad because of it. So no more alcohol for me now.
    Note to self: Tell myself every morning when I get up
    "I'm thankful for this day and I'm gonna make the best out of it"

    Day 10 in the list!! Nice day today negative thoughts strike me very hard to get me released but I fighted and overcome it.

  7. Hello everyone! :)
    I'll start to journal on this thread everyday as part of my new public commitment to break my porn addiction in the next 90+ days. For more information about my story and the new start of my journey, check my first post on the New to NoFap forums.

    Right now I'm about to finish day 3 and the inner battle is going really hard so far. I've had a constant headache for the past three days (since I started) because, apart of the challenging NoFap withdrawal symptoms, I'm also going under a Digital Declutter to break other compulsive technology use - especially using Discord - and well, my mind is like saturated with the dopamine detox, plus all my stacked tasks to do, etc.

    However, in the middle of all the stress, today I found a lot of motivation to continue with this hardcore dopamine detox in the Pinnacle of Man YouTube channel (by Josh Hudson)! Really, this man's videos are very fun, entertaining and encouraging for this process... and learning all these things about P and how it damages our brains, it definitely adds more reasons to quit NOW. I also found the channel Improvement University, whose owner is another person who got through the reboot process and explains how it was (with tips too) - and in general reading other success stories of people improving their lives, it's really inspiring - and yes, I'm motivated to do this myself too!

    So this is my first ever entry on the forums and I wish you good luck, whoever reading my post - stay strong! :cool:

  13. Hey everyone, just finished day 4 and I'm so damn proud of myself because...

    I told it all about my addiction to an old high school friend! That's something I never planned to do, nobody I know in real life knew about my struggle and I decided to tell him about it... and he's being very understanding, has offered me help and I'm just so happy in general that I'm being more open about this topic with other persons. :)

    I'm highly motivated to continue of course and my headache is starting to fade... let's go, we got this people!

    Fuck me, day zero again. Relapsed yesterday after a 27 day streak.
    I felt bad about myself for not really being productive this week. Also had a bad hangover and was sleep deprived and with all this I just couldn't fight the urges.

    In the future I will learn from these mistakes and work hard to feel good about myself everyday. Because if I do that I won't even think of relapsing.
