first you write about fears during work. So in the short term it is not possible to develop any kind of "love" for work. First you need to resolve these fears before you can feel comfortable during work and you can achieve it only in the long term. My suggestion is following:
Resolve your fears. How you can do it? Sit down and analyse your fears. What worries you in detail? Describe it. Split your fears into partial aspects. Pick one aspect and confront with it without overburden you. If you done that carry one to the next aspect of your fears and confront with it again. It is all about confronting without overburden yourself or fall into hopelessness.

What i want to say: Don't run away into pleasure. Instead face your fears by splitting it up in partial aspects and face them one by one. In The best case you can develop some kind of pleasure in facing your fears. Then you don't need to escape in FAP, PORN, SUGAR, or something similar.

Been busy over the last couple of days, but I'm still going strong.

 

29. Had a nocturnal emission last night. Been fighting dopamine cravings asking me to scroll phone endlessly and aimlessly like I used to. But now I am smarter, tougher. I will crawl out of the grave I dug for myself like an animal.

28. I have one month before my exams begin, and these exams will last another month. It's gonna be some tough few months, and I am here for it. Wish me luck.
