Speaking from experience, you kinda just realize you're dreaming and are about to O, always the hardest part to hold it back since there's the feeling of half asleep and trying not to O
Sometimes, I dream about watching P and 7/10 times when I close it in my dream I hold it back successfully

Interesting, this never happened to me. I've had nocturnal emissions in a past streak, but I would only wake up as I O. Many times without any recollection of a sexual dream.
