36/90 Another long day, There’s a heatwave currently and that’s pretty rough. Didn’t sleep too well also.

Day 18...it's tough but i'm getting there! So sick of lying to my wife. I can't stop and I feel so empty inside.
Day 87 Managed to do a workout 4 days out of 5 this week and that's on top of working every day - much better than wasting that energy on fapping all day and feeling like shit. Onwards and upwards
3/90- Another good day! However, my energy was much lower as the 9 Km run from the previous day took its toll but I was still semi-productive. I am much happier and it seems the fog has disappeared. Day 0 Today I return to you all after a long hiatus. This was never my main challenge, but I think I'll just focus on it exclusively because it has such a clearly defined goal. I made 90 days once; I can do it again! I have been making my main focus habits lately. In the past I tried to change too much too soon though and I couldn't hold it all together. Right now I am going to focus on finding small habits I can chain together (especially in a morning routine) and just track nofap stuff and my self hypnosis sessions as my main habits in my habit tracking app. These are the only things that MUST be done. I personally like the idea of removing one bad habit and adding one good habit at a time for where I'm at right now.
