    I don’t want to regret any failure as long as I don’t repeat it. I am not implying repetitions. We will definitely have less of failures from now on.

    Guys, to those who are on day 0 like me. I don't want to sound smart but I know what works for me. Go to sleep at 11PM. Turn off everything and drop everything. If you make a goal to go to bed (without any excuses), you'll have a good chance to score day 1.

    Not getting enough sleep (due to PMO) causes irritability, low self-esteem (you're not productive), messes up your brain chemistry.

    What worked for me today: a nap, herbal meds (for the nerves), and exercise. My mood is fixed. Now I need to build my motivation and select a goal - which is beat my longest streak - 13 days.

    And also brain fog, you can't think clearly. And here is another tip, i know there are lots of people that are pro or against vegan diets, but me personally eat what works for me.
    Take small amount of sauerkraut, it will improve your mood and cognitive abilities, just try it, you will feel 20 percent better maybe more!
