    It is not about increasing but more about decreasing what you put your time and energy into. PMO definitely does not need a place and time in our lives. It does not fall into the category of time well spend in my books. If that is what you mean by your post

    No, it's based on a true story, and its more about social justice than boxing. However, its an amazing movie that I watched last night and in my opinion it relates to NoFap because of what "The Hurricane" goes through.
