14 days complete! Didn't sleep too well and that is after an intense 4KM evening run yesterday. I am feeling very tired.
I didn't sleep too well too, I'm feeling tired because of the continuous relapses and stress and sadness.
Thank you for this, I hope I can reach One Year without PMO. I know you said it's best I start in three days challenge because I can't reach this specific number of days, but I decided to use only this challenge, to live one day at a time, I'll start writing in my journal like a diary, also I need to create my journal today. Congratulations on 41 days without PMO, Andrew37. I'll only post on this challenge, NoFap Elite Forces and Spartan Challenge. I don't have time to post in all days challenges. My goals are not working, I'm just feeling pressure to do what I need to do and because of this I'm not doing anything, feeling like trash again ... It's a good streak friend, stay strong.
If you can find some time today to take a nap that would be ideal. I took a nap of about 45 minutes and I am feeling much better. Sleep/rest is king over nutrition and exercise. This is one thing that I want to work on this year. My sleep is too sporadic for life. Focus on getting just 3 days clean. The brain starts to "recalibrate" within this time frame and you will start feeling better.
