Mission: Activate potential, train members for surprise attacks, improve overall fitness. Execution: Each member willing to participate in the challenge attempts to set aside 10 minutes a day for a quick workout, can be the same each day or different workouts/focus on different body parts. @fg4795 oh no! yeah I only use my home and a yoga mat for exercise due to modesty reasons (don't want to have guys look at me in sports gear I am a bit conservative about that) got two hours of work done already and will try to get another one in before I do my exercise and then have lunch
