Stay strong man. Guys like you are an inspiration to the rest of us. 122 days feels like an absolute pipe dream to me but I have to believe that someday I'll join you on top of that mountain! Hope you're feeling better!
I see you struggling and I'm with you before starting this streak I had been struggling for months.. Doing a 7-8 days streak and then relapse and relapse.. Just don't give up and you'll get to the point of no turning back.. And you'll get 54 days and more the best of luck
day 54 check in implemented cold showers in my daily routine and feeling better by now thanks to these
Checking in, been really busy, which means I’ve kept the enemy at bay... but not without some struggle. The urge is strong at the moment. Probably due to lack of connection with my OH for the last week. Another week of working from home before being on the road again. Let’s see what this week holds. Not even sure what day this is I’m checking in on!!
Weekly check in. Good section on small unit cohesion and military research. Soldiers fight because of each other. “The true soldier fights not because he hates what is in front of him, but because he loves what is behind him.” Let’s do this for each other Army!
check in for the night, i had a headache all day and no urges whatsoever. Just watched cricket, I wasn't even into watching it but I find it interesting now idk why. Hope Bangladesh win the world cup. I watched shazam aswell so definitely was an unproductive day, but was too hard. Trying to minimise sugar consumption this week too, only had 1 shortbread and mini muffin. Was gonna be a flatout quit but couldn't resist as I had been fasting. Fasting was fine too, just thirsty. Onto the next day, I intend to wake up early and for Fajr InshaAllah.
Just checking in, been doing fairly well recently with few urges. Hoping I can last the summer easily.
thanks @Borntoshine33 i'm giving my best to save the efforts 3+ months... anyways 1 more day passed & its 103/365...
Dreaming if 53 is better than getting there, losing it and never going back. (A fool talking from experience that hit 105 days )
