I failed ,and nowadays I feel like it is almost impossible to quit PMO

I relapsed again ☹️ I was determined and did about 5 months NoFap and relapsed again

Hey @Azad335, sorry to hear you relapsed but great you are not giving up and coming back. Never give up and one day you look back and wooohooo you made it. You are on the finaList and on your way to be an COMMANDER in 30 days. YAY!

Recovery is not a linear process, hang in there. Check what might have happened. Were you sloppy in thinking? Getting complacent? What did you learn from your last slip? With each time it is less likely to happen again if you stay determined to quit.

I do have a guilt feeling and with this guilt am not able to study or be productive.. this guilt ain’t good for anyone which is the past but not sure why it affects now and any thoughts or suggestion from people here?
How to get rid of this guilt from system.

 

Yeah I relapsed and for the first time in the last 50 days I watched porn. I felt so devastated and then something unexpected happened a siren came and notice came to me demanding 29000 rupees since I watched porn. I googled and came to know such scams are present . You do think this is just a scam right.

OMG, is this really happening, has anybody experienced something similar.

I have to quit this addiction at any cost, or it will cost me my life.
