Hm ... I am no expert. I heard that a reboot takes at least 90 days of no PMO or other acting out depending on what your addiction is, so the brain can start rewiring and hormone production can get back to natural ... Flatline I‘d say are states in between, a sign your body‘s chemistry and brain‘s activity is undergoing transformation. If you search for reboot and flatline threads here on NoFap you‘ll find more information. Important is: Keep your hands above the sheets and table and watch no porn, no kinky, triggering stuff.
