Day 0 posting here after a cold shower and 7min meditation, i do not meditate really. i just observed things eyes opened.
PMO'd. Spent evening resisting temptations and I gave in during the hour or so before I go to bed. 0/14
5/7 I'm on average relapsing once in five days. So now I made five days without PMO, which is progress
I actually created my account in this page in 2017. I finished 7 day challenge , 14 day challenge and i was on the way of 21 day challenge, suddenly my urges drag me down from that day i was never able to recover. Now again im staring from today wish me luck (2021) Day 1
well i am kind of stuck now after 3 days, so i will join in this challenge (again) Day 1/7 I want to write something in this (sorry guys just want some attention , you can write to this and i will read it too): To-do list this afternoon 1) Workout a bit (well i am one of the weakest :vv) 25 min 2) Learn 4 hours (whatever i like, i am so lazy and unmotivated) 3) Eat healthy ( i should buy something good to eat, i eat junk food all the time @@) 4) No PMO (the most important thing) 5) Spend time on this forum when i am free (no more binging movie or facebook!!!)
